Why 1031 Exchange?

Otherwise known as a like-kind exchange, the 1031 exchange effectively allows for the taxes on the sale of real estate investments to be delayed, saving investors a nice some of money, and also allowing the investor an opportunity to leverage into larger deal sizes over time, growing the size of the real estate portfolio.
